Description

Mouse monoclonal antibody to CNOT4 has an E3 ubiquitin ligase activity that is involved in activation of the JAK/STAT pathway. CNOT4 acts as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase; and interacts with a subset of E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes through a unique C4C4 RING domain. Subsequently, it is also involved in the regulation of Histone H3 lysine 4 methylation.
