Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ALPP. The protein belongs to the alkaline phosphatase family, ans is localized to the cell membrane. ALPP is principally expressed by 2nd and 3rd trimester synctiotrophoblasts and tumor cells, and represents one of four alkaline phosphatase isozymes. Eventually, it can be phosphorylated at several sites, which may affect the proteolytic processing and secretion of this protein.
