• Immunogen: Anthrax PA Antibody was developed by immunizing rabbits with synthetic peptides corresponding to amino acids 240-254 of the Anthrax PA protein (~83 kD). Anthrax PA Antibody is cleaved from the 83 kDa form to the 63 kDa form at amino acids 164-167. Thus the Anthrax PA antibody (made against amino acids 250-250) should recognize both the 83 kDa and 63 kDa PA forms, but not the 20 kDa cleavage fragment
