Description

Mouse monoclonal antibody to HLA-B7 which is allele of human HLA class I major histocompatibility (MHC) antigen that indicates higher risk of breast cancer and cervical cancer. The HLA-B7 antigen (11 alleles) is expressed in 22% of healthy Caucasian individuals. In HLA-B7 , B7 is a risk factor for cervical cancer, sarcoidosis, and early-onset spondylarthropathies.
