Subnuclear distribution of cellular proteins. CHOBgl40 cells grown on coverslips were either directly or after treatment with 0.5% Triton X-100, incubated with antibodies against Brd4. PI, propidium iodide staining of cellular DNA. WC, whole cells.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
