Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PTPRC belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. This is a receptor-tyrosine phosphatise, which is required for antigen-induced signaling in B-cells and T-cells. Genetic variations in PTPRC are involved in multiple sclerosis susceptibility (MS). It acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4.

Fluorescent image of A549 cell stained with CREB1 Antibody (Center). A549 cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with CREB1 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7 units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). CREB1 immunoreactivity is localized to Nucleus significantly.

Overlay histogram showing Hela cells (green line). The cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 90% methanol for 10 min. The cells were then icubated in 2% bovine serum albumin to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1:25 dilution) for 60 min at 37°C. The secondary antibody used was Goat-Anti-Rabbit IgG, DyLight 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed at 1/200 dilution for 40 min at 37°C. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG (1 μg/1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of > 10000 events was performed.
