Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DLL3 also known as Delta3 whose expression can be detected in the brain. It is majorly expressive in the temporal lobe and diencephalon. It is found in the membrane. DLL3 can perform various functions like paraxial mesoderm development and notch binding. It can inhibit primary neurogenesis and may be required to divert neurons along a specific differentiation pathway. It plays a role in the formation of somite boundaries during segmentation of the paraxial mesoderm.
