Anti-E cadherin antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Lysates at 50 μg per lane. This blot was produced using a 12% SDS-PAGE. The Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1294381 overnight at 4°C. N-cadherin antibody (orb1294388).

Immunofluorescence of paraffin-embedded sections. Cell: mouse colon; DAPI: 1-300; Green: E-cadherin (orb1294381): 1-300; Anti-rabbit 488: 1-300.

Application: Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF); Sample: H1299; Permeabilization: 0.2% Triton X-100; Blocking: 3% BSA blocking for 1 hour; Temperature: RT; Fixative: 4% PFA.
