HSPCB Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in A431, H-4-II-E, Hela, rat L6 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the HSPCB antibody detected the HSPCB protein (arrow).

Anti-HSPCB Antibody (N-term) at 1:1000 dilution + A431 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 83 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with HSPCB Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
