  Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 35kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 32.3kDa according to NP_036418.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing MORF4L2 a band of approx. 37kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.Additional validation: This antibody has been successfully used in the following paper: Sikorski et al. (2018) PMID: 30377371.
