All lanes: Anti-Neurofilament-L/NF-L antibody at 1/1000 dilution, Lysates/proteins at 60 μg per lane. This blot was produced using a 7.5% SDS-PAGE. The gel was run at 140V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 18V for 60 minutes. The membrane was then blocked an hour before being incubated with orb1294399 overnight at 4°C.

Immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: primary cortical neurons; NF-L antibody (orb1294399): 1-250; Red: Tuj1 antibody; Anti-rabbit 488: 1-500; Fixed: 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 20 min.
