Rabbit polyclonal to NR2F1.Coup (chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter) transcription factor/NR2F1 belongs to the nuclearhormone receptor family. NR2F1 binds to the ovalbumin promoter and, in conjunction with anotherprotein (S300-II) stimulates initiation of transcription. It has been shown to function in a cell-freetranscription system. NR2F1 binds to both direct repeats and palindromes of the 5'-AGGTCA-3' motif.It represses transcriptional activity of LHCG.
