Dot blot analysis of Phospho-RAF1-S296 Pab on nitrocellulose membrane. Dot blot analysis of Phospho-RAC1-S71 Pab on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibodies working concentration was 0.5ug per ml.
