PPA Yeast Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 286 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 35kDa. Inorganic Pyrophosphatase is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Stability: Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Do not store at -7°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles
• Form/Appearance: Sterile filtered colorless solution.
• Buffer/Preservatives: Inorganic pyrophosphatase protein solution (100U/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl (25℃, pH 8.0), 100mM KCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
• Expiration Date: 6 months from date of receipt.
