Precipitating polyclonal goat antiserum to rabbit fragment ab of IgG. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and single and double radial immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify and measure immunoglobulins; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal rabbit serum.
