The AOS1 C-term Pab is used in Western blot to detect AOS1 in mouse heart tissue lysate.

This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
