In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SNX16 a band of approx. 40kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2ug/ml.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Placenta, Tonsil and Breast. Recommended concentration: 3.75ug/ml.
