Staphylokinase Recombinant produced in E.coli is non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 136 amino acids and having molecular weight of 15.5 kd.The Staphylokinase is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

• Storage: Lyophilized SAK although stable at room temperature for weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution SAK should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze/thaw cycles.
• Buffer/Preservatives: The protein was lyophilized from sterile solution containing 20 mM phosphate buffer pH-7.
