Western blot analysis of anti-TIEG Antibody (N-term) pre-incubated with and without blocking peptide in CEM cell line lysate. TIEG (N-term) (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with TIEG antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

All lanes: Anti-TIEG Antibody (N-term) at 1:2000 dilution. Lane 1: 293T whole cell lysates. Lane 2: MCF-7 whole cell lysates. Lane 3: human kidney lysates. Lane 4: human lung lysates.
