Anti-CD11b/ITGAM antibody - at 1/500 dilution, Lysates/proteins at 50 μg per lane. This blot was produced using a 5% SDS-PAGE. Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1294264 overnight at 4°C.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded mouse tissue labeling CD11b/ITGAM with orb1294264 at 1/100. Sample: Mouse CT26 tumor; Antigen retrieval: Citrate buffer pH6.
