Western blot analysis of (1) HeLa cell lysate, (2) 293T cell lysate, (3) NIH/3T3 cell lysate, (4) Mouse heart lysate, (5) PC-12 cell lysate, (6) Rat heart lysate. Using HSP60 (orb2562926) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
